Rope bottoming with Nëya and Kameko

In this workshop, we will explore different approaches to the position of rope bottoming. Through several practical exercises on the ground, we will experience the difference between active and passive bottoming, how to express oneself authentically in the ropes, and what tools we have for a better experience in our sessions. We will help you build trust in yourself and your partner.

Everyone experience ropes differently and we all run into different obstacles. Don`t be shy to to ask questions and add to discussion during the workshop. The more the merrier!

Skill level: This workshop is suitable for those who know how to tie single and double column ties and manipulate the rope. Models should have at least a little experience with ropes. For all Levels.
