ABOUT
Self-Tying - For me and myself
In this workshop, we will cover the basics of self-tying (tying yourself). We will discuss the reasons for self-tying, safety, and the techniques needed for tying on the floor and in partial suspensions. Whether you are interested in ropes from an aesthetic point of view, want to spice up sessions with your non tying partner, or simply want to experience what it feels like to be on the other side of the rope, this workshop is for you. We will look into being playful, serious, calm and everything in between.
Selftying relies on individual skills and abilities of its participants so feel free to bring your own experiences and questions to the discussion. All exercises can be adjusted to meet the individual needs of the workshop participants.
The workshop is suitable for those who can tie single and double column tie. You will need 4-7 ropes and a few carabiners/ring.
About the Teacher:

She is known for her playfulness and unpredictability, and she likes to reflect the mood that her partner brings to the session. She actively educates herself in rope bottoming and shares her experiences in her workshops. Her main tying partner is Nëya.
